In Ogun State, fresh allegations against National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole have emerged. He is alleged to have annulled result of 26 House of Assembly candidates in the state.

The fate of the 26 winners remained unknown after the curtains fell on the submission of names of candidates for 2019 election without the national leadership of the party giving them the INEC Party Candidate Form (CF001), a mandatory requirement for candidates in the election, according to members of the Gov. Ibikunle Amosun camp.
Under the guidelines of the Independent National Electoral Commission, each candidate is expected to fill the CF001 to provide his particulars in fulfillment of the relevant provisions of the Electoral Act.
Checks across Ogun State indicated that politicians loyal to the other camp were handed the CF001 Form, while state Chairman of the party, Chief Aderinsola Adebiyi, despite being at the national secretariat of the party in the last two weeks, was not given the form.
The party had been embroiled in controversy over the gubernatorial primaries and the National Assembly primaries.
The state leadership claims that Adekunle Akinlade won the gubernatorial primary election; Oshiomhole had insisted that the candidate is Prince Dapo Abiodun.
There has also been dispute over candidates for the House of Representatives.
Oshiomhole had allegedly removed four of the nine winners of the primaries in the state, a step, which the winners refuse to accept.
