STATE OF THINGS IN COLLECTING PVC (OGUN STATE)

In the INEC office here in Ogun State, Abeokuta. The INEC officials are trying desperately to make sure all things work out for good. But, however the Independent Electoral Commission is trying desperately to apply damage control to correct a very bad situation, Nigerians across the country especially here have expressed disgust over the just-conducted distribution of the Permanent Voters Register, PVC, by the Commission.
Maybe when human start living aright and start behaving like higher beings as claimed, there will be orderliness in our day-to-day activities. Having gotten here at 08:25 GMT,  I met a large crowd already converned even some claimed to have gotten here as early as 06:30 all in the name of getting their Permanent Voters Card.
The number kept increasing massively, I'll assume the number of officials here are not enough or efficient to serve the multitude.
In Ogun state, voters who turned up to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs), left for their homes in frustration as officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) did not show up in the polling units.
When they eventually did, no cards were distributed. However, we've been told there's been an extension on the proposed deadline which is 17/08/2018 to the end of the Month of August 2018.
