A human resource expert, Adebayo Akinloye, explained that negligence of further self-development after education restrains youths from accessing opportunities available for them to grow and impact society.

Also, a life coach, Kayode Oyekanmi, who cited the book of Joshua in the Bible, advised youths to trust in God as the source of success in any area of life.
Oyekanmi, said success was good, “but good success is much better because it comes from God.
“Information is vital in life course without it there can’t be revelation. Stop blaming government, people and others for your failures in life. Vision is quite important in d journey of life.”
The life coach said no circumstance should be an excuse to give up on a course, as “failure is part of the journey to success to those that plan well.”
A medical practitioner, Dr. Chika Aguboshim warned youths against drug use and addiction, saying it is a deception sold as solution to issues causing people depression.
Aguboshim, who noted that drug addiction is not the solution to economic and career troubles, advised youths to avoid companies that compromise their good characters.
