According to TMZ, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are heading towards a full-blown custody trial which begins early next month.
The former couple has filed legal documents asking an L.A. Superior Court Judge to give them time to hash out their divorce with the help of a private judge.In addition to the custody war, the private judge needs to handle the property settlement as the former couple did not sign a prenup before their marriage.
The custody trial is set to begin on the 4th of December. Angelina wants sole physical custody of their six children and Brad wants joint custody of their six children.
